Career Opportunity Program

Every piece of the puzzle is important! The Career Opportunity Program (COP) includes three main elements and details how each business unit, department, team, or job role supports our mission, vision, and core values.

COP Portal

The COP Portal allows you to:

  • Explore the fundamentals of each entity through descriptions to deepen your company knowledge.
  • Download Circle of Life presentations by department so you can review on your own time.
  • View and enroll in available Career Path (CP) Partnerships within the organization.

Career Path (CP) Partnerships

CP Partnerships enable participants to gain insight about the primary duties of a specific job, job and department. This insight may include the position/department culture, workflows, and processes. Benefits of CP Partnerships include increased efficiencies between teams/departments and planning for career paths to another position within CHOICE Administrators.

  • CP Partnerships are available for selected positions throughout CHOICE Administrators. Participants receive high-level cross-training from a designated CP Partner who serves as a Subject Matter Expert for their position.
  • New CP partnerships begin each quarter and participants can sign up at any time with their managers approval and submission of their Goal Card.
